It was National Hurling League semi-finals day as attention turned to Nowlan Park where we brought you live text commentary from both games.

What an afternoon's hurling we had in store as a packed Nowlan Park were sure to be treated to two excellent games as sides battled it out for a place in the final.

First up was the meeting of Cork v. Dublin. The sides met in round three and the Rebels produced an outstanding performance to run out comfortable winners, but it was unlikely that gap will be as big today.

In the second game, Tipperary took on an in-form Waterford side. Could Tipp combat, Waterford's new defensive style?
