Darren Gleeson and John O'Dwyer are fit to return to the Tipperary starting line-up to face Waterford at Nowlan Park on Sunday.
The duo missed the 1-16 to 0-13 quarter-final defeat of Offaly because of injury and are part of four changes made by manager Eamon O'Shea.
Seamus Callanan - who won his appeal against his red card versus Offaly - will lead the attack. Conor O'Brien and Shane McGrath replace the injured Cathal Barrett and Kieran Bergin
