Alan Cadogan and Mark Ellis will miss Cork's national hurling league quarter-final against Wexford.
Both players had to be substituted during Sunday's one-point defeat to Tipperary after pulling hamstrings and manager Jimmy Barry-Murphy has confirmed that they will not be fit to play against the Model County at Pairc Ui Rinn on Sunday.
Daniel Kearney also sustained a hamstring injury last weekend but has been given a fighting chance of recovering in time to face Liam Dunne's men.
