It was very much a day of mixed emotions for St Saviours clubmen Dean Crowley and Tony Corcoran.
Like the rest of their club mates, they awoke this morning to the terrible news that their clubhouse had been gutted in an alleged arson attack overnight.
Hours later, however, they were celebrating after playing prominent roles in the Waterford footballers' historic McGrath Cup success.
Crowley lined out at right corner-back as the Deise overcame UCC on a scoreline of 3-12 to 1-9 while Corcoran is a selector in manager Tom McGlinchey's backroom team.
