The footballers of Loughmore-Castleiney and Cahir will have to renege on the second helpings of turkey and ham this Christmas - because the Tipperary SFC final replay has been fixed for St Stephen's Day.

The two teams finished level in today's final at Leahy Park in Cashel and the replay was originally supposed to take place next Sunday, December 28th.

But a tweet from Tipperary GAA tonight reveals the replay has been brought forward to Friday, December 26th.

The IFC final between Drom & Inch and Upperchurch Drombane will also take place on the same day, at 1pm in Boherlahan.
