Conor Clarke could make a sensational return to the Omagh St. Enda's team against Slaughtneil on Sunday.
A club source confirmed to the Irish Examiner that the Tyrone star will be togged out for the Ulster club SFC final at the Athletic Grounds - just six months after he tore his cruciate ligament in Omagh's Tyrone SFC opener against Coalisland.
"It's an incredible recovery and it's a credit to himself that he has managed to get himself in a position to play. I've never heard of anyone coming back from a cruciate injury so quickly," the source added.
Clarke is one of eight Omagh players who are bidding to complete a clean sweep of Ulster club titles - minor, U21 and senior.
