Rhode manager Pat Daly isn't fazed by the prospect of facing All-Ireland champions St. Vincent's in the Leinster club SFC final.

The decider has been fixed for Pairc Tailteann on December 14 and provides the Offaly champions with an opportunity to win their first provincial title.

"They are a fine team with plenty of Dublin inter-county footballers, not to mention a couple of players from Sligo and Donegal," Daly told the Irish Daily Star after Rhode's 1-15 to 2-4 victory over Moorefield.

"Our Leinster final will give everyone throughout the county a chance to get behind our team and build Offaly football once again."

Daly was delighted with the manner in which 'The Village' closed out the game after Moorefield had mounted a second half comeback.

"I was extremely pleased with the way our lads reacted when Moorefield got the goal and a handful of points at the start of the second half.

"Modern football is all about having a strong panel and we are lucky because we have great footballers fighting for their position just like Ruairi (McNamee) and Stephen (Hannon) showed today."
