Plans for the redevelopment of Ruislip are to take place between London GAA officials and Hillingdon Council next month.

It was initially hoped that work would start before the end of November, but the planning process has taken longer than expected and it is now thought that work could be deferred until the end of next year's championships.

London GAA have submitted its planning application to the council and they are awaiting a response from it.

The Exiles' footballers are due to play Roscommon in the Connacht senior football championship at Ruislip next May, but it remains to be seen if work will take place before then.
