Kilmallock captain Graeme Mulcahy is looking forward to a home tie in the Munster club SHC.

Following their surprise win over Na Piarsaigh last Sunday, Kilmallock will represent Limerick in the Munster club campaign and they open their account against Cork champions Sarsfields on November 9th.

Kilmallock will host the Cork outfit in that encounter and Mulcahy explained to the Limerick Leader that they are hoping to make home advantage count.

"It will be nice to have them on our own patch," said the county star. "I was at their final and they are a very strong team with strength all over the field.

"We have beaten the Munster champions (Na Piarsaigh), so I don't see why we can't go and beat Sars, even though it will be a massive task."
