Roslea are fearful that Sean Quigley has sustained a season-ending injury.

The talismanic forward picked up the knee injury in the dying moments of Sunday's Fermanagh ACFL Division One final against Derrygonnelly, as his 1-3 salvo was instrumental in helping the SFC winners to a league and championship double.

As captain James Sherry collected the silverware, Quigley was lying on the pitch in agony and he was later brought to hospital. There are concerns that the county man could have suffered cruciate damage when he was caught by a clumsy late tackle just before the final whistle sounded.

The results of a scan are expected today, with Quigley already a serious doubt for Roslea's Ulster club championship campaign.
