Brian Cody is remaining tight-lipped on speculation that the CCCC are to take action against him following his astonishing outburst against referee Barry Kelly.

The Cats supremo launched a scathing attack on the Westmeath official on Sunday, describing his decision to award Tipperary a late free in the drawn All-Ireland final as "criminal".

When asked by The Examiner last night about the possibility of him facing disciplinary action as a result, Cody replied: "Not a hope [am I discussing that]."

Speaking as the keynote speaker at last night's 'Powerful Bodies' seminar, organised by the Mater Private Cork, Cody stated he will wait until after the completion of the club championship before making a decision on whether or not he will be staying on for a 17th season as Kilkenny manager.

He is a selector with James Stephens who are due to take on holders Clara on Sunday week.

"[2015] hasn't crossed my mind," claimed Cody.

"The club scene kicks in straight away and I will be involved with that myself. My club are involved there and I am involved with them. That is my focus right now.

"Absolutely I will allow the club championship to finish up before I decide on 2015. I always have."
