Additional All-Ireland football final tickets released by the Donegal county board last night were expected to be snapped up within minutes.
Each club in the county received between five and seven extra tickets which are from the original Croke Park allocation of just over 16,000. Donegal fans still without tickets are desperately scouring the country in search of the precious passes to Sunday's decider with Kerry, with touts believed to be asking for up to €1,000 a ticket.
The GAA yesterday revealed that it could have sold out Croke Park 'twice over' such is the interest in the showpiece game.
