The rescheduled Poc Fada na hEireann finals will take place this Sunday.

The 2014 All-Ireland finals were originally scheduled for August 2nd but were postponed due to inclement weather. They will proceed on Annaverna Mountain in Ravensdale, County Louth this weekend - some three weeks later.

Tipperary goalkeeping legend Brendan Cummins will be on hand as he bids for a record-breaking eighth senior mens title, but eleven other big-hitters will be going all out to get their hands on the silverware.

In the camogie competition, Patricia Jackson is also aiming to write her own special piece of history as she guns for a sixth successive crown. Louth's Niamh Mackin will be amonst the challengers.

Uniquely, there will also be a defending champion in the U16 competition, with Galway's Jack Coyne returning for another battle with the mountain.

Can all three defending champions reign supreme again or will there be some new All-Ireland champions crowned on Sunday?
