Galway hurlers are sweating over the fitness of three key players ahead of Sunday's NHL Division 1 semi final against Kilkenny at the Gaelic Grounds.

In a double header at the Limerick venue this weekend, the tribesmen take on their great rivals in the opening match and then Clare meet Tipperary in the second semi final.

However, it is not all good news for Galway as they could be without Niall Healy, Iarla Tannion and Fergal Moore who are all struggling to overcome injuries.

Healy is rated as extremely doubtful as he has a broken finger, while Tannion and Healy are finding it difficult to shake off hamstring injuries.
