Matthew McCaffrey has been promoted to the Dublin starting XV for tomorrow's ESB Leinster MHC semi-final against Westmeath at Parnell Park.

A younger brother of senior captain Johnny, McCaffrey replaces Donal Gormley at wing back in the only change from the side that defeated Wexford in the quarter-final last month.
