Carroll Cuisine extend Offaly sponsorship
November 26, 2008
The continuation of the longest running sponsorship in the GAA was announced at the launch of the new Offaly jersey last week.
Tullamore-based Carroll Cuisine, formerly Carroll Meats, have been supporting Offaly football and hurling teams since 1991, making them the GAA's long serving sponsors along with Dublin sponsors, Arnotts.
Speaking at the jersey launch in Tullamore, Offaly county board chairman Pat Teehan said: "We are delighted to announce that the Carroll Cuisine and Offaly GAA partnership is set to continue into the future.
"Despite their success nationwide, Carroll Cuisine remains close to the Offaly community where the company was founded 30 years ago. We hope that the new jersey will signify a new dawn for success on the pitch for Offaly's football and hurling teams."
The new Offaly GAA jersey - the county's first in five years - will go on sale on Friday, December 5. Incorporated on the jersey are the new GAA logo and the new Carroll Cuisine logo.
