Guckian to manage Leitrim minor footballers

Benny Guckian is the new Leitrim minor football manager.
Former Leitrim senior boss Benny Guckian will manage the county's minor footballers next season.
The St Marys Kiltoghert clubman's appointment was announced at last night's county board meeting.
Guckian guided the Leitrim senior footballers for two seasons before stepping down in July 2018.
He also previously served as Leitrim U21 boss and helped his native club to back-to-back county SFC final appearances.
Experienced player Emlyn Mulligan will be part of Guckian's new backroom team alongside fellow selector Jimmy Guckian.
Meanwhile, Terry Hyland is preparing for his second year in charge of the Leitrim seniors and the Cavan native will combine that with the role of U20 manager.
