If Sunday’s Connacht SFC final in Salthill ends in a draw, Roscommon will not have home advantage in the replay.

The Rossies and Galway go head to head in Pearse Stadium on Sunday and the Connacht Council have revealed that Dr Hyde Park has not been considered for the replay.

The Roscommon Herald reports that Connacht Council secretary John Prenty told them that the fact remedial work needs to be carried out on the Hyde, has ruled it out as a venue for a possible replay.

Roscommon will be given the option of making the call on where a replay would be played but their options are MacHale Park or a return to Pearse Stadium.
