Ailish Considine has signed a new contract with the Adelaide Crows after playing a starring role in their recent AFLW Grand Final win.

The Kilmihil native scored a goal in the Crows' emphatic 63-18 victory over Carlton Blues in front of a record attendance of 53,034 at the Adelaide Oval last month. She has resigned for next season along with team-mates Anne Hatchard, Deni Varnhagen, Eloise Jones, Chloe Scheer, Renee Forth, Justine Mules, Hannah Martin and Chelsea Randall.

Aisling McCarthy from Tipperary and Mayo's Sarah Rowe have also recommitted to the Western Bulldogs and Collingwood respectively for a second season.
