The Carlow team to face Longford at Netwatch Cullen Park today shows two changes from that which drew with Westmeath eight days ago.

Shane Redmond and Shane Clarke replace Ciaran Moran and Lee Walker in a re-jigged team which sees Daniel St Ledger move from centre back to corner forward. All-Star Paul Broderick remains a notable absentee from the starting line-up.
