Cork boss John Meyler says defender Mark Ellis should be fit for the Rebels' crunch All-Ireland SHC semi-final against Limerick next Sunday week.

Ellis has been sidelined with injury since last month's drawn Munster championship clash against Limerick but is expected to line-out at Croke Park when the Leesiders cross swords with the Treaty men on July 29th.

"At the moment he's fine," Meyler told the Irish Independent. "He trained Sunday morning and he's training tonight (Tuesday). So hopefully he's fit and ready to go and that's it.

"Mark is back training with us. He's missed out on the last few matches. Darren Browne had a hamstring over the weekend so I expect him to be touch and go. But other than that we have a clean bill of health so we're happy enough."
