Lancashire were only introduced to the Lory Meagher Cup in 2015 and last year recorded their first ever victory in the All-Ireland championship by beating this weekend's opponents Fermanagh on home soil at Old Bedians, Manchester.
Stan Murray Hession's side will play four rounds in the league with the remaining games coming against Leitrim in Ballinamore, Cavan in Randalstown and Sligo at Markievicz Park.
