Team news: Rafferty back for Orchard men

July 28, 2017

Armagh's Ethan Rafferty

Kieran McGeeney has made two changes to his Armagh side for tomorrow's All-Ireland SFC fourth round qualifier against Kildare.

Having started on the bench against Tipperary the last day, despite scoring the winning goal against Westmeath in round two, Ethan Rafferty is named at right half-forward for the Orchard men with Anto Duffy also coming back into the attack on 'the 40'.

Greg McCabe and Ciaron O'Hanlon are the players that make way, as McGeeney goes with the same front line of Jamie Clarke, Andrew Murnin and Gavin McPartland, which helped to shoot down Tipp in Thurles two weeks ago.

Throw-in at Croke Park is at 7pm.

Armagh (SFC qualifier v Kildare): B Hughes; J Morgan, C Vernon, P Hughes; M Shields, B Donaghy, A Forker; S Sheridan, N Grimley; E Rafferty, A Duffy, R Grugan; J Clarke, A Murnin, G McParland
