Corner-forward Ciara McAnespie was in sparkling form for Monaghan as they shocked Armagh in the TG4 Ulster Senior Championship semi-finals played at Killyclogher in Tyrone. 

Manager Paula Cunningham described McAnespie's performance as "awesome" after her team won by 16 points to complete a remarkable turnaround following a dismal League campaign.

"At the start of the year we didn't know if we were going to have a team," said Therese McNally.

Monaghan will play Cavan in the final.
