McConville: door is open for Clarke

Armagh's Jamie Clarke
Oisin McConville says the Crossmaglen Rangers door will remain open for Jamie Clarke to return to action whenever he is ready.
The Armagh attacker has informed the county champions that he will miss their Armagh SFC defence as he is going to Spain for nine months but co-manager McConville will welcome him back when the time comes:
"The door will be open for him whenever, or if ever, he chooses to come back," he confirms in The Irish News. "We haven't closed the door on him, it's always open.
"He told us on Tuesday night that he's going to be away for nine months. It's disappointing from our point of view but he wants to travel and he goes with our blessing.
"There's no point saying we're happy - we're not happy, we'd love to have him, but he's chosen to go away and there's not a big pile we can do about it.
"He's chosen to travel for the next nine months and you have to respect that decision and move on with the players we have."
