Con Sweeney's 1-4 from placed balls for Tipperary sees at the head of the football scorers' chart with Galway's Shane Walsh in second spot.

Sweeney was the top scorer in the league but his championship tally of 4-19 (31) is well within range of the chasing pack.

Walsh is on 1-24 (27) while Cillian O'Connor has 2-18 (24) to his name.

Fermanagh's Sean Quigley has the highest average score per game so far with 11.5.

Sweeney with 3-7 is the leading scorer from play.

He also has four goals to his name, as does Meath's Michael Newman.

The highest individual game tally so far belongs to Sean Quigley (2-8 v Laois).

Given their scoring prowess so far in the championship, you might expect some Dublin players to be there or there about but Cormac Costello, who hasn't started a game for them, is their leading scorer with 1-9. Bernard Brogan, who missed the Leinster semi-final, is on 1-7, as is Kevin McManamon.
