Peil/Football
The long wait for the beginning of the All-County football Leagues finally ends as our minors get the competitive action underway on Monday with a home tie against St Peter's. Our Under 14 team has amalgamated with neighbours Sarsfields to form Doire Emmets and their first game is on Tuesday against Clann Éireann at the Tones. The Under 16s get their Division 1 campaign underway on Thursday evening with an away game to St Peter's. The seniors will then open their campaign with a home match against Derrynoose on Sunday. The minors will host Maghery on Monday 14 April and the Under 14s are away to Naomh Eoin on Tuesday 15 April.
Specially priced season tickets are available for entry into all home senior league games. The season ticket costs just £20 and is available from James Martin.
Gaelic 4 Mothers training got underway on Friday evening at the club. New members are welcome and if you would like to come down for a bit of exercise and a bit of craic, the girls meet up on Friday nights between 7pm and 8pm. You don't have to have played before and you don't have to be a mother to take part. You must be over 18 and you must not be currently playing competitively. The cost is just £1 per session. Call down to the club on Friday night for more information.

Camógaíocht/Camogie
The senior camogs continued their preparation for the upcoming season with a good win during the week over Ballela of County Down by five points. However, the girls lost out to Ballycastle on Sunday evening.
We would like to say a huge well done to our Under 12 camogs who took part in their first blitz of the year this morning. They were a credit to the club and scored a very impressive 12 goals over 3 matches. Thank you and well done to the 4 under 10's who came along and done very well. Maith sibh a chailíní. Well done girls.
