Less than 24 hours after helping Antrim's Loughgiel Shamrocks retain their Ulster club senior camogie title recently, she swapped her hurl for her dancing shoes and headed for the Ulster Irish Dancing Championships in Letterkenny where she won the Solo 17-18 years title with a stirring performance to The Lonesome Boatman.

Caitrin lined out at corner forward in the camogie final at the Athletic Grounds in Armagh which saw Loughgiel retain their provincial crown with a 1-14 to 1-9 victory over Slaughtneil of Derry.
