It's hard to believe from this spectacular aerial footage recorded by SkyEye Belfast that Casement Park was once one of the premier GAA venues in the country.
Sad to say, the Belfast venue has fallen into wrack and ruin since it closed its gates two years ago. The home of Antrim GAA was due to undergo a £77 million redevelopment which would have transformed it into a 40,000 all-seater stadium, but those plans were dashed by a High Court decision last December after an objection by a residents' group was upheld.
The GAA is expected to lodge a fresh planning application in the coming weeks.
