Lámh Dhearg held a very successful Family Highway to Health Cycle
TOURDEFITZ FAMILY CYCLE A BIG SUCCESS
In conjunction with the tourdeFitz cycle to Newry/Croke Park Lámh Dhearg held a very successful Family Highway to Health Cycle. Despite horrendous weather conditions up to 300 enthusiastically participated in the cycle with young and old having a very enjoyable time and supporting PIPS and club development and paying a fitting tribute to the memory of Eddie Fitzsimons. Many thanks to Irwins Bakery, McDonald's and Saveway supermarket for providing much needed refreshments. The Club would also like to acknowledge Belfast City Council for provision of bikes and Garvey Cycles for loan of a popular tricycle and thanks to NI Fire service for attending the event.
