Joe Brolly considering legal action against the St Mungo's club from Luganulk

The 1993 All-Ireland winner, RTE Sunday game pundit and renowned Barrister is concerned about reports that he is being portrayed in an uncomplimentary manner by the club in their successful Comedy Show by Grimes & McKee, which is currently touring Ulster.

'I'm going to sue', says Joe. 'But first, I'm going along in person to their Belfast Christmas Show at the Wellington Park Hotel next Monday, December 22, to see for myself and gather some evidence so that I can proceed with legal action.

'I'd never even heard of Luganulk but I know it means 'wee hole' in Irish so that narrows it down to Tyrone or Armagh.'

Grimes & McKee were unavailable for comment but it is understood that they will not be taming down their Brolly impression.

Brolly will join a host of celebrities at the Belfast Shows, as you can see on this page. Antrim camogie star Jane Adams (owner of Mannys in the Kennedy Centre), former Antrim captain Anto Finnegan, and playwright Martin Lynch will all be at the Welly.

More importantly, tickets for the Shows are available online and at the Hotel reception.

See St Mungo's Luganulk on Facebook for more details or call Jerome on 07764580477.
