Antrim secretary Frankie Quinn has warned that failure to secure full planning permission for the redevelopment of Casement Park would be a "catastrophic setback" for GAA in the county.
If the judicial review against the granting of planning permission is successful, Quinn believes it will have disastrous consequences for Antrim GAA.
In his report to tonight's annual convention at the Dunsilly Hotel, Quinn wrote: "If planning is refused, it will be a catastrophic setback, not only for Antrim GAA, but the greater Belfast population, as an opportunity to provide a major economic driver will be lost… never to return.
"If a negative decision is returning by the court, Antrim GAA will have some big decisions to make. Antrim GAA are now and will not be, for the foreseeable future, in a position financially to return Casement Park to a usable GAA stadium.
"I pray we are not in that position but, if we are, all options will have to be considered, including the nuclear option."
