SUPPORT OUR COUNTY!!

Team Statement:
"For too long in our county we have underachieved. For too long we have been short sighted in our ambition and vision. There is a group of players within the county who hold a vision as to how Antrim Hurling should be. We are driven to achieve this vision for Antrim. We aim to build a squad over 2-3 years that will prepare as the best prepare, behave as the best behave and compete and achieve as the best compete and achieve.

Our time and efforts are a 'given' to achieve this vision. The support of Antrim Co. Board has been fantastic in everyway to laying foundations for our vision. There are many people within the Board working hard to support us financially and giving lots of personal time and effort. However we, the players, organise this event as a group as we want to show our commitment to raising the bar without draining finances that are needed to develop our young players, develop facilities and run our County.

We are incrementally utilising sports science and technology to develop and sustain performance. This comes at a financial cost. We want to contribute to this cost so we can have the structures needed to build upon our great u21 success from 2013. We must invest in the talent at our disposal. "
