Meath's Eamon Ó Donnchadha

Meath manager Nick Fitzgerald has named his starting XV for Saturday's Joe McDonagh Cup opener against Antrim at Pairc Tailteann.

Stephen Morris returns to the side having missed all last year's campaign as he was away travelling, while Sean Geraghty steps into a more central role at full back.

The Killyon duo of Keith Keoghan and Adam Gannon will man the midfield spots, while captain James Kelly takes his customary role at wing forward.

There is a championship debut start for Clann na nGael's Eamon Ó Donnchadha on the other wing, as is the case for Kelly's club mate Cathal McCabe at centre forward.

Alan Douglas' decision to concentrate on hurling has paid off as he starts at corner forward where he will be joined by Gavin McGowan and Jack Regan.

Christy Ring Cup winning captain James Toher misses out through injury.
