Kilbride 5-13 Ballivor 0-12
After a disappointing loss to Donaghmore Ashbourne on Tuesday last years JFC winners Kilbride recorded a comfortable win against Ballivor last night.
With a change of venue giving Kilbride another home game against Ballivor on Thursday night in round 3 of the league, which was postponed from last week.
It was great to see Conor McWeeney and Josh Harford back in the club colours. Kilbride got off to a good start with an early goal from Luke Faherty. They played well as a team throughout the half coming out with 3-6 to 5 points at half time.
Ballivor started the second half well putting the home side under pressure but settled again after a second goal from Adam Malone. A good team performance brought them out on top winning the game. Great play on the night from Mark Dempsey, Cathal McKeon, Cian Harford and Luke Faherty.
